The 2012 Power Reporting - African Investigative Journalism Conference was a great success. We had nearly 300 attending. Participants were able to learn new skills and discuss stories with journalists from across the continent and speakers from around the world. Power Reporting: the African Investigative Journalism Conference is run by Wits Journalism in partnership with the Forum for African Investigative Reporters (FAIR) and supported by the Valley Trust, the Open Society Foundation, the United States of America's Department of State and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.  The conference forms part of the Global Investigative Journalism Network and is supported by Investigative Reporters and Editors (US) and the Centre for Investigative Journalism (UK)
