Online survey: Contribute to a mapping study of journalist training centres in sub-Saharan Africa

Do you train journalists or teach journalism in sub-Saharan Africa?

For example, you might be a university, an institute, a college, a newsroom, or an NGO offering journalism training…

If so, we would like to know more about the work you do.

Please could you take 20 minutes to complete this survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/77HYFTX

Deadline: Friday 18th September, 2020.

What’s it about?

This survey is part of a collaboration between Wits Journalism (University of Witwatersrand, South Africa) and the Fojo Media Institute (Linnaeus University, Sweden). The intention is to understand better what is going on in sub-Saharan Africa with regards to the training and teaching of journalism. A summary of the research will be made public to stimulate discussion, offer insight into emerging trends, and to help build new relationships and networks in the region.

For more details on the mapping study, please contact: Alan Finlay [[email protected]]

Please note: You might have already heard from us, in which case there is no need to complete the survey!
