The responsibilities of the chairs of the research sessions include:

v  -Briefly introducing the presenters and wrapping up the session at its end, when the chair opens up the session to the audience for a Q&A with the presenters.

v  -Time-keeping so that the session does not over-run its allotted time, which would affect the next sessions.

v  -Reminding presenters to speak to their research paper, and not to read their papers. Conference papers will be uploaded on the conference website, so in the interest of time it is advised that delegates should read the papers in advance.

Once you have completed the registration process, please send us a head-and-shoulders colour photo and a brief biography of yourself (about four paragraphs), which will be used in publishing the delegates’ profiles ahead of the conference.
