Job description
Times Media Group is establishing a Business Intelligence Unit to develop a range of bespoke publications and seeks three dynamic and talented writers.
The unit will compile corporate reports, industrial reviews, country reports, trade reports, political and social reviews, and other specialist publications.
It will publish initially through Financial Mail and Business Day, but writers may occasionally be called upon to contribute to projects for other Times Media titles.
To work on all Times Media publications and platforms, as required.
Where necessary, to work on more than one project simultaneously.
Qualifications:
To research and write comprehensively on all topics, as directed.
Journalism or Bachelor’s degree, or appropriate background.
Minimum three years‘experience at a recognised newspaper, website or news service.
A proven track record in reporting and features-writing.
A sound understanding of the SA business, political and social landscape.
