Dr Gilbert Betukany Mubangi is an Associate professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Kinshasa in Democratic Republic of Congo.
He is the founder of CRSCOM (Center of Scientific Research of Organizational communication and Media).
Professor Mubangi has published in the following areas: media studies, social system and actor’s strategies in Africa. His research interests include media and policy, journalism and ethnicity, journalism and palaver, organisational communication, organisational theory, social system and actor’s strategies; culture, identity and gender.
