We hear from Professor Matthew Lester from Rhodes Business School and the Davies Tax Commission about how taxes are decided by National Treasury and the possibility of taxing the informal sector. South African Institute of Tax Professionals’ CEO Keith Engel weighs in on the possibility of creating a wealth tax and its implications.
