Sanef is a voluntary forum of senior journalists and editors, and journalism trainers, from all areas of the media industry in South Africa.
Sanef’s vision is to promote the quality and ethics of journalism, to reflect the diversity of South Africa, and to champion freedom of expression. To this end they have published a handbook for South African media leaders, The Extraordinary Editor.
